From the Presidents Desk;

Hello members and friends,  I am sitting here thinking,  Oh My God, where did the first part of January go?

It must have flown right by me while I was probably doing something insignificant, something that could

have waited or didn't need to be done any way, like housework,  only kidding.  When you get to my

age (39) lol, you don't want time flying by you, you want it to almost stop.  I tried everything, even tried

digging my heels in the sand to stop it from ticking away, but it didn't work.  Everyone I knew was

talking about how their lives seemed to be  speeding by them.

Depending on your age, your perspective on this may be very different from mine.

If your young and you want to be older, you can't wait for time to speed up. Your waiting to get your

license, you become drinking age, all cool things you want, when you're young., but then time creeps up

on you also, suddenly you're an adult , with adult responsibilities.   Now you're thinking well maybe it

can slow down just a bit, you're not in that big of a hurry to turn thirty, forty or fifty.. So that brings me

back to , what can I do to slow down time?   I decided to ask someone I knew how he felt we could

slow down our world just a bit.  He told me that we can't slow down THE world , but we could slow down

OUR world.  At first I just thought about it for a few minutes, and then it hit me, he is absolutely right.

I can't stop time from going along its merry way, but if I choose to use my time more wisely, my life will

at least seem to slow down.  I have to learn what is important in my life, what are my goals, what are my

desires and what is my path that I need to be following. If I concentrate on these major things and work

on them and put all the other little things in perspective,  I will be able to use the time that I have been

given more wisely.  I have found that putting off the little things that really don't matter can further my

day. If I take time to smell the roses that we all hear about, and by looking all around me and enjoying all

the gifts that God has given us within our universe, our lives will becomes richer and richer and seem

longer and longer.

What I am trying to say, members and friends, is just enjoy this wonderful life we have, take it a one day

at a time.  Do what needs to be done and try to have fun doing it, but always, always save time to embrace

every opportunity that comes your way.  I'm not saying everyday will be easy, but if we all live our lives

the right way,  OUR world will be a better place, and our Lives will feel Richer, Fuller and Longer. God

 Bless You All.
